A motorist was stopped by a police car after being clocked doing 80mph in a 60mph limit.
Police Officer - Are you in a hurry, Sir? Driver - no officer, is something wrong? Wife (passenger) - yes you were, you were trying to get back to watch the match on TV. Driver - be quiet and leave this to me! Officer - are you aware you were in a 60 mph limit , sir? Driver - of course, and I had the cruise control set to 59mph. Wife - now dear, you know this car doesn't even have cruise control. Driver - be quiet, what do you know about cars anyway! Officer - But sir, you were doing 80mph according to our radar. Wife - he was doing 90 a few minutes earlier, I told him to slow dYown! Officer - I see you aren't wearing your seat belt sir, that's an offence with an instant fine. Driver - I took it off when you came over, so I could get out if you wanted me to. Wife - you never wear your seatbelt! Driver - can't you shut the f*** up! Officer (to wife) - Madam, does your husband always talk to you like that? Wife - no, only when he's had too much to drink!
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.
With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags . Then, eventually, try to get to where you can lift a 50-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I'm at this level).
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.
