Originally my +8 was called Rosie a shortened form of my Mum's name who left me some money. Before she passed away said I should get myself another sports car I would enjoy and have fin in.
When I changed to the Roadster a derivative of Rosie followed, hence Little Red Rosie.

In 1985 I bought a JC Midge which is an MC TC copy based on a Triumph Herald. The builder had taken his Mother in Laws low mileage car and re bodied it. Hand made grille and many clever bits as he was a tool maker. He had driven it twice around the block but not finished it and passed away. I finished it with some trim, seat belts etc and registered it and had a lot of fun. His name was Edmund Stern so my Morgans are now called Edmund in homage. I do like Blackadder too!

Never had a name for any car I have ever had.
BUT the nearest I have ever come is since having two Morgan's.
I know that it could be boring but the name MOG just fits so well.
Or Mogster as a derivative.
I like the heritage and longevity of the
MOG moniker too.
Any one know how long Morgan's have been called Mogs?
BTW I do like
Nero and Tarka....they too fit so well!

Our 5 year old calls mine 'Uncle Monty' after watching 'Whitnail And I'....by accident! It stuck. G Blimey! A five year old watching Withnail ? I didn't really get it and I'm 10 times that age... As I announced last November, I decided to name my Black 4/4 "Betty" in honour of the Ram Jam song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbjyuDYtAtk
