Seems like a great move for the business.
Sensible price given the hand made status. Hardtop is a good thing which has been mentioned on the board here many times.
I will wait before giving any comments on the rear styling until I see it in the flesh.
As for the fuel filling, if it means you can get a full tank in and not take ages then it will actually save time over the Coupe !
Great work. Not sure I like the idea of fuel filling when it rains though  water in the boot ... sounds like a Morgan to me

I'm trying very hard not to find a justification for buying one  The justification for not buying one is that it would result in divorve.  has made it clear I can't buy another car for at least 3 years. Seems a small price to pay for such a beautiful car!  Peter would you like me to have a word with Caroline? Just like the one I had in passing after you'd test driven Tarka? after the SP1 visit? You need to mope around all listless and despondent but not reply to what is the matter  I am sure given enough time extolling the lack of cabin dirt in the new mog compared to the Plus 8 she would be more understanding and less mucky

I view the new Aero 8 rather like a celebrity, or super model: stunning to look at and admire but not someone you'd really want to spend a lot of time with. I've driven a Supersports and a couple of Aero 8s and felt much the same: impressive but not really appealing. I bought Tarka because whilst she has many of the desirable Aero features she doesn't look like one... I really like the Trad look (and lack of boot)! So I'll go to MMC and admire the Aero 8 and although I could afford one I wouldn't buy one. I'm actually much more interested in a M3W

What is the list of new specs compared to the last aero 8 , is there really much difference , can someone list the differences ?

Different front end chassis different front end suspension layout probably the most significant changes apart from body styling.
