We have two cats and while I prefer dogs, they do have some advantages.

I'm afraid I have no time for pets of any description - too tying.

Dogs are like a child that never grows up, and I value my freedom too much to get tied down by any pets............ oldgit hide

But feeding the local owls is OK.

Probably at least a month probably two, thank you for asking. She is on physio now, two 4 hour sessions a week at the gym.

Dogs have owners, cats have staff.

That's good but I'm sure those sessions must knock her for six. Here's hoping she is back on the Mog with you soon. People who don't own Morgans just won't get how for us Morgan owners that getting out in it is the best tonic for putting all life's issues in perspective.

I now have an ultrasonic pest repellant in the garage. The humane trap in the corner of the garden though is consistently catching multiples. Three weeks ago we got seven, all from one litter by the look of it. They are now owl food in the woods.

Are the ultrasonic ones effective? I'll try anything to get or dissuade the little blighters!

To tie up a few recent posts on this thread - how about mice as pets ?

Anyway goodnight all - I'm getting an early night due to a long drive up to Grange today taking the family to visit my parents in the Mog

A49 to preston then A6 - fabulous weather all day and stopped off for a pub lunch at Galgate

up early tomorrow for another blast down to Cheshire to Oakmere's meet

Hopefully see a few there

Nighty night

Depending on what time , around 9am went in to the village to get rolls, first car I came across was a ivory mog same colour leather only difference was it had a luggage rack. Was in and out of the mog most of the day but did not see you Bob

Lovely spot Grange. One of my sisters lives there. I spent the first 19 years of my life across the estuary in Arnside. An idyllic childhood spent mainly on the estuary.

It was about 5.00 pm coming south into Balloch. That was probably the one I saw, then. Anyone here? I was in a Blue +8.
