In the Audi Bi-Turbo you can switch the exhaust sound to " dynamic"- " which is nice" We could add a couple of toggles to the 4/4 that give rear/ side and four pot/ V8 choice. Then fit cup holders. Then........

Insane mode would be good..happens in my head quite regularly..!  You have to stop talking to Stringer, he is leading you astray...

Shaken or stirred! That is indeed possible. Electric exhaust cutouts are available from several sources. Then you can activate the side pipes by pressing a button. Harald

You would look a bit odd with a side & a rear exhaust.

You would look a bit odd with a side & a rear exhaust. On damp roads you might spin around like a catherine wheel.

Come on gents.....Q would make the pipes not in use move up out of sight!
Perhaps have covers move to hide them too.
What I want are his revolving number plates......

Did this to my +8 last year as a diy. Instead of cutting the running board I angled the 90 degree bend so it pointed down a bit so as to just clear under the edge of the board. I then marked it with a vertical circumference line and cut the pipe. As the cut end is vertical it looks like the pipe is coming out horizontally. A benefit of the arrangement is that the gases come out with a downward direction so they don't burn bystander ankles, the mog also now sweeps the garage as I reverse out!
