Morning,

I'm looking at upgrading the brakes on the +8 — Its on solid disk with EBC pads (rear are drums with EBC too) but I find them fading when pushing along.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,

Justin

Talk to Peter Mulberry, he has several options from vented 300mm disc kits through to better caliper and disc set ups.

I always thought they were made by Girling.

Go to Morgan Spares web site and they have upgrade suggestions. They specify based on wheel size installed on car.

Cheers,

Given that the guy asking the question is UK based and most of the information and pictures seem to be from the Mulfab website why not go direct to the supplier?

Would also add after warping 2 sets of discs on my 2002 +8 I went to a 300mm Mulfab disc kit, today Peter has better solutions with better calipers but that solved the problem for me. I heard that as the racers cant use vented discs (maybe just in some classes?) they have found that once warped and precision reground the warping issue is resolved. Just one reason I bought up a stock of low mileage used discs and had them reground as spares, a fraction of the cost of OE discs.
