Yes, the floor panels are bonded to the chassis. They are quite thick, around 3mm or so, so contribute a bit to chassis stiffness.

I wonder if they are using one of the Sikaflex products for bonding the floor to chassis? I have used it for bonding aluminium and its a great product.

will the rear luggage rack fit over the dome ? Why would you want to fit a luggage rack to what is essentially a road going race car In my IMHO. why not buy a standard plus 4 ?

ARP4 is also for touring .. I intend to take it to the Alps and possibly Norway for some 'spirited' driving after all, it has improved insulation (including the hood) designed to make it more suitable for touring

If you expect "spirited" driving in Norway, think again. The roads are rubbish and the speed limits are for snails. Oh, and the local drivers create an additional hazard. AND you have to cope with the entire mobile home community of Germany and the Netherlands going the same way.

I was in Norway in 2013, all over the bottom half of the country
once you are outside the main towns, the roads were great, the fjords utterly stunning, and no Police.
