Robbie, my apologies I for some reason I think I missed what had occurred with yourself, it sounds as if you've had it pretty rough. I hope you start to feel much better and are improving. There was a chap yesterday of 52 who they gave 2 stents to initially and then 3 hours later gave him some more. It seems this can often be the case if the plumbing blockage has extended. But is very successful in sorting the problem. Looking forward to meeting up at an event later in the year.

Adrian Surprisingly, I don't think I would class it as tough - more a fascinating insight into a really skilled workplace. The heart attack and first stents was very scary as I didn't know whether or not I would survive, but the second session which was a planned one was totally different - the surgeon explained what he was going to do and set up a monitor so I could follow what was going on. I know that as a TMer I'm mad, but I was fascinated!!!!! He continued to explain what was happening throughout. I now feel pretty normal( which my kids say is an improvement on before!!) and, while lacking in usual energy, seem ready for whatever comes.
I do feel incredibly lucky to have survived
Best of luck for a complete recovery!

Robbie..sorry I missed that you'd also suffered. Glad it's all turned out OK for you. I won't be personal and ask how it started.....I've made some assumptions about Adrian's cause and certain nighttime activities

Robbie I missed this too. So sorry, but glad you've survived it and very much hope you're on the road to a full recovery. Seems like Morgan dealerships need to be relocated next door to hospital sat the moment.

Hello Adrian
I was so shocked to see that this thread was from/about you and your health issue! I am only sorry that I did not spot it before.
Lyn and I send you our best wishes for a speedy recovery. FossilMog needs you and Sue, and we look forward to seeing you both with us again very soon.

Andrew and Lyn, Thanks for your kind words, you never know I might turn up like the proverbial bad penny at the next Moggin if I am allowed and well enough, I'm sure I will survive the excitement of it.

Man maths now come into it!!!!!!!!! Having been so lucky to survive makes one contemplate that "there are no pockets in a shroud" so one should seine the day!!! Now - I'm sure it makes sense to splash out on the 5l suspension - you never know how long you might have to enjoy it!!!
Definitely a good reason to justify the spend!!

Definitely a good reason to justify the spend!! I wonder if I could justify it as a driving and comfort aid to lessen strain on the heart?
