First check with them if they are willing to do it. Maybe they did it for me just because I'm a big pain in the a** when I want something solved

Imagine what its like with a caterham 7 or lotus or any low sports car , terrifying ! The oil filter on my 7 was less than 3 inches ground clearance ! never had a problem with the Lotus after I shrunk the front plate and attached it with industrial velcro. Before that I went through three front plates but that was all that ever hit.

I twice had an issue with the oil filter plastic housing.
It snapped once on a speed bump, resulting total lost of oil in a minute or so.
And I found the internals broken a second time when changing the oil.
Every two years or so, I change the oil plate for a new one as it has a few scratches every time and get dangerously close to the oil sunction point and could block.
A standard soltion would be of interest for my Aeromax

I noticed that Cain had a hand in some of the modifications. Is a complete ,(own design ,of course  ) ,sump guard,something that Wolf might be interested in producing...? James Very much so I have some ideas and will be working on them in the very near future just waiting for a delivery
