My M3W is 12 months old on 1st May, i have just received a letter from Morgan Insurance Consultants saying they cover it for the 1st 12 months for breakdown and roadside assistance but they cannot cover it any further unless the vehicle is fully insured with them, mine is covered by a company insurance, i should imagine many others are likewise. Could anyone recommend a company they use for a breakdown and recovery policy. Unlike many other owners i am pretty useless with the spanners so this is essential for my peace of mind.

I have an AA policy Tony that covers any vehicle I am in - whether as a passenger or a driver. It'll fix the problem or pick me and the vehicle up and take me home or to my preferred garage.

The AA policy that covers you for any vehicle gives peace of mind and the age of the vehicle is irrelevant .

A very frequently asked question, try a few of these:

Breakdown cover
Europan Breakdown Cover
Breakdown cover
Breakdown recovery
Breakdown cover

Lots of recommendations, it might be an interesting exercise to see which comes top. (I'm with RAC myself)

I have the Morgan recovery.
Its rubbish. Sub contracted to the cheapest service they can find. I fixed the car myself before they arrived last time
