Comms are viewed here as "life and death" so around at least population centres (inc small ones) coverage is ok and often 4g.

In the US when I visit satellite radio is a big thing.

4 miles from Salisbury and we get, at last, a reliable 3G Vodafone signal, but this happened only at the end of last year.

According to their website maps we can also get 4G....might be time to upgrade...

Looks like I will have to bite the bullet and buy a radio with a remote unless anyone on here has another idea. I was wondering whether there was a set of car steering wheel radio switches available as an unit that I could fit, I know pioneer make small looms for this purpose.
Anyone want to buy a radio???

Peter

You are wrong they are available from Ebay and Halfords.

Well I phoned Pioneer tech dept and they told me that infra red remote control was not available for this model. If there was steering controls on the Morgan then that would work.
Any chance of posting where on ebay you have seen these.

Peter

Sorry can't find the Ebay one now but Amazon show one for Pioneer DEH X6500BT and Halfords list the radio with remote control but no longer available. Try Amazon not UK but USA. $14.95.

It would seem that there is one

The model I have is DEH-X6500dab as stated in the original post, they are different and as I said Panasonic tech dept say it is not IR remote compatible. The 6500dab is no longer for sale in Halfords.
