It was just a local classic car event to support a village renewal project and about 80 cars set off through the countryside making people smile and wave. Along with my old white 68 4/4 there was a nice 70 4/4 and an impressive 56 Plus 4. And some lovely countryside...

A Viertel is close to a half pint in volume... My grandfather, a vineyard owner, always warned not to drink more than 4 Viertel for lunch.

Mike the garage owner is very classic oriented he is building a Lotus 7 type with the Vauxhall 2Ltr Twincam in it, rather loud and rather quick I love it. He just needs an LSD now to keep the tyres on the road.
