Thanks , I have used protune myself , but reason for asking was I didnt think it was supported on Windows 10, but clearly it is which is good news. The latest version is win 8 compatible, so should be OK on win 10 link https://www.sscycle.com/tech-info/software/protune-ii

Well folks I have now completed 200+ miles with the Ultra Cool Oil Cooler and I must say it has made a huge difference. Yes, the installation is a bit tight especially without a lift or pit in my garage but the Ultra Cool kit is beautifully engineered and goes together well. The oil is circulating through the cooler continually and the twin fans only cut in when the temp exceeds 250 degrees. I have fitted the radiator low down at the front of the car and so I also have the advantage of the ram effect. I haven't wired the fans through the ignition and fitted an isolation switch so that I could switch the fans off when I parked the vehicle. In fact the fans only run on for about 5mins on average and the battery can easily cope with this small drain. The cooler radiator comes with a black or chrome effect cover, is small and neat and does not distract from the look of the M3W. I was introduced to the K&N "wrench filter" which has made oil changes a much easier. During the winter I intend to reroute the wiring in the vicinity of the oil filter to improve access. I have fitted an EZ Oil Drain Valve and so I can easily take a sample of the oil and even after this short time the oil still looks fresh and clean unlike the past when the heating had caused an obvious breakdown of the 20W-50 grade oil. Overall, not a cheap exercise, buying the Ultra Cool this side of the pond but well worth it. I still haven't worked out how to post photos but if anybody has any questions or if I can be of any help to UK M3W owners on the South Coast just email me at adrianbowden@btinternet.com P.S. I have just had an email from Morgan to say that they are reducing the "inspection hole" in Torque Compensator Housing down to 10mm. Shame, because I was doing quite well selling the 46mm lipped grommets on eBay!! Vital as they keep all the road dirt out but can easily be removed just in case water gets in through the very small gap around the steering rack.

Glad to hear you were successful at installing the cooler and it's helping! I'm going to start in a week or two installing mine.

Good Morning JV...........In fact I tried a 45 degree union on the rear pipe to sandwich plate but found that 2x 90 degree joins work better and put the pipes in a better place to forward them to the oil radiator (provide you have positioned it at the front of the car in front of the timing chain housing). I found that the secret comes in fitting the inside (RH as you look at the front of the car) pipe first get it in the correct position and tighten right up. With this pipe fixed in place it is still easy to get at the other terminal and fit the second (outer) pipe and tighten accordingly. I had a slim 17mm spanner which I ground some material off the outer "cheeks" to gain access and it did the job well. Sorry it has taken a time to respond to your post but I haven't had time to logon to Talk Morgan recently. I have now done 500 miles 'ish and so far trouble free. The fans cut in as they should and do not run over for more than 5mins or so. I think the isolation switch I fitted was not really necessary. I met up with another M3W owner and I was pleased to see that he did not notice the oil cooler until I pointed it out to him. Which was a good sign! Best of luck with your installation. If you have any questions I will be more than happy to try and answer them.

Thank you for your interest atalante83 but unfortunately, I have not worked out how to post images of less than 35K as requested. If you email me on adrianbowden@btinternet.com I will happily forward all the pics of the UltraCool Oil Cooler fit to my M3W.

We installed my UltraCool oil cooler this weekend. We did a pretest last Saturday so I could order anything parts needed since the kit came for a direct install on a Harley Davidson bike. I did order 6' of AN6 braded hosing and 2 45 degree AN 6 fittings. In pre-fitting the engine-oil filter plate we had to grind down one edge to get the plate to fit in and be flush against the engine block. We then ground down the matching part too so that when you bolt them together they are both now have matching grinded parts that fit into this very tight spot where the oil filter resides. We made a custom bracket that fits over the frame tube cross bar under the front of the motor. No more license plate so I'm looking to make bumperettes with LED driving lights.
more install information along with picture to come.
will come in handy with our very hot summers.

Mission is to build a custom oil cooler mounted to the Morgan's front cross member, we stated with this channel box steel that fits perfectly over the front frame cross member Cut it to size so that we could mount a bracket on the front that would also squeezes together in make the mount. Here is out test mounting of the back part of our mounting. Next is to weld on four mount studs by cutting them down to size and losing the bolt heads

here is the back part of our mounting bracket, now to build the front part of the mounting system to hold the oil cooler and the front of our back bracket.

Looks good. Do you have a plan to keep it from rotating around the front cross tube?
Maybe you can drill and tap the back side of the front cross bar and put in a 5/16" SHCS and drill a hole in the center back side of your new mount. This is similar to what they do with the center bolts in leaf springs. Just a thought if you're not past that point already.
