The smile is back!!!!!!! After 7 weeks of not being able to drive a manual, I thought it time to test the knee replacement on the +4 clutch. IT WORKS (the knee and the clutch)  It was 37degrees in Perth today so I waited until 6pm and did a run to the fish and chip shop to pick up tea.. Only a short run but I smiled and waved and smiled and waved, knee was fine, jaw and arm ached

Graeme, well done. The arthroscopy I had was on both knees was bad enough. Glad you are back & hope it wasn't too painful. I may need both replacing apparently in the future.

Graeme, well done. The arthroscopy I had was on both knees was bad enough. Glad you are back & hope it wasn't too painful. I may need both replacing apparently in the future. There is hope John, I had four arthroscopes on each knee before I finally stopped waiting for a miracle cure. I will have to have the other repaced in the near future, not many people are suited to both at once.

Thanks RICHARD, hope to see you at a meet soon, or even a coffee, my throttle bodies have been dispatched I believe so I need to get some driving done and then do the changeover.

It looks like any other Morgan with bumpers! Looks very nice! Yet another daft question....but are those "old style " black and chrome regestration number plates legal in the UK for late cars? I thought cars had to pre 1972ish to wear them.
