That looks an interesting project with all parts complete (or reasonably so) and no signs of significant rot.
Do you intend restoring to keep the patina or restore as new (better than the factory)?
It would look great if it were to be restored sympathetically rather than go down the Pebble Beach restoration route. Anyway it's your car and you should restore it to suit your wishes. Mine is a personal opinoin and more more valid than yours!
well i didnt get her started not that i tried. I had been there so much i needed a break as i am sure she did too having my hands all up in her and all. I wanted to share some older pics of the "resto" process and when i say resto i mean basically cleaning 30 years of dirt out of her. I will be bak at it after the holidays so until then its talk to my brother in-law doing a frame off triumph tr6 and clean bits here at the house.

i will leave her basically like this. Not really planning to do paint and what not until a later date. I will get her running and enjoy some time with her as is.... just back together, running AND stopping with ease...
i have plans to do a black matte paint with a gloss pattern and do every thing else in brass or gold accents.
i am seeing a body number on the wood cross bar that sits behind the seat back on the passenger side. what is that number. /???? ITS stamped into the wood
