I changed the fuel pump for the second time last week And after the Mtw started.
I try starting it today without succes.
There is fuel going out by the valve between cylinders but there is No fuel inside the cylinders .

If there is fuel coming out of the injectors then it could be the cam belt sprocket has worn and the cam timing has slipped. This is what happened to mine. You can quickly check by seeing if the alignment holes are still OK:

The pump pressure is supposed to be about 52 to 58 psi.

Î dont know but there is fuel exit by the valve
The pump is new
The fuel is not coming out the injectors

It may be that the ECU is faulty. I had the opposite where too much fuel caused car not to idle. New ECU fixed it.
Auto electrician used oscilloscope? To view behaviour of ECU

Check the throttle cable isn't binding.
If the throttle is open the injectors are cut off.
