The headlights themselves look better than the current ones in my opinion

I don't like it. F...Mainly, putting large lights there just flies in the face of good air-cooling common sense - with all that open air up there, why put them right in front of the cylinders? So I think they did the best they could, all things considered, but it's a compromise I personally will look to remedy immediately upon delivery. Also: dual headlights are not a requirement for motorbikes in the USA last time I was there... so why not offer a single cyclops light? With outrider "driving lights" as an option?

Which I can slightly understand, but still that would just be a reposition of the turn signals not all of the headlights. To be clear, the points that the old headlight bracket mounted to are hardpoints for suspension, right? Just making double sure on that, hopefully brackets can still be had here state side after this debacle is in full effect.
There will be tons of old style brackets available when all the US owners voluntarily get their cars upgraded to the latest lighting setup! 😂

Wonder if the electronics could handle running 4 full on headlights. I kinda like Mario's photoshop, if they're not obstructing the air flow to the cylinders too much.
Either way I've written to NHTSA inquiring how this makes driving at night safer. I wager no response will be had from them.

Why not mount the new lights higher than the cylinder heads. In line with the old lights.

Why not mount the new lights higher than the cylinder heads. In line with the old lights. Probably to keep it out of the line of the driver eyes.

Switch to LED's and the electronics would be fine. I switched over to the J.W. Speaker LED's for brightness and reduced amperage draw. More light and more power to play with.
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.
