Went to the Beds, Herts & Bucks MTWC lunch today at Northall in beautiful sunshine. Very jolly group, getting ready for the MTWC event in Milton Keynes next weekend. Good selection of three wheelers present.
Joined 250+ other cars, bikes and tractors(!) in the Cottenham Yesteryear Road Run this weekend. It's only a short 20 mile run around a few Cambridgeshire villages, but the route conveniently goes right past my house.
There were a couple of other Mogs there, but only one 3 Wheeler. Look, there's me!
I also seem to have clocked up 600 miles in the first month of ownership. My limited 3,000 mile per year insurance policy may need some revision.
Just returned from an excellent return run to Cornwall over the last two and a half days, well over 650 miles all told. The G56 pipes give the engine tremendous oomph at high speed. Climbing the steepish hills on the A30 around Dartmoor, it was really satisfying to put the pedal to the metal and accelerate from 70mph, even in top.
At the seaside in Portreath.
Early this morning ready to go. The windscreen gives some similarity to a cartoon character methinks!
So today I returned home, but not without taking a detour to the Atlantic Highway to meet Robert (Grockle). The roads in N Cornwall and Devon might have been designed for M3Ws.
Photo opportunity at Widmouth Bay.
Had a jolly good run from Bideford (passing a red and a cream Morgan four wheeler on the northbound A361) to the M5 / M4 and hence to the Home Counties. Thumper was video'd at least four times on the M4 from Membury services to the M25, and then home in time for tea.

Don't forget the crowd at Crackington too Tim.. Its pouring down in the far west today. Wise choice to return to St Albans yesterday.
Unfortunately the MMC AR Stage 1 is too much for the GoPro external mic input Dramatic scenery demands a dramatic soundtrack. It would have been nice to catch two Stage 1 Morgans climbing out of Crackington. Working on a fix for next time.
