Makes me wince looking at it. Looking through the threads this is how the guys seem to do it though. with the full weight of the front of car on the the centre of it and the trolley jack.
My engineering sympathy tells me this is not right but I guess it's me who's wrong. Don't these tubes ever suffer curvature over time? Always used the crucifix on the 7 and the dedicated lift point on the Lotus.
To grease top and bottom pillars I'm assuming car needs to be lifted, however it looks like you could get to them with car on ground and lock to locking the wheels. I'll find out when the Wanner arrives, only done 150 miles so far so no rush yet, cheers guys
