Original build date I was given was wk 29, being w/c 17 July (although was subsequently told it would be wk 36, commencing 4 Sept, and then that it would not be until October or November, if I wanted a Euro 4 compliant car).
So new date is three weeks ahead of the initial build date I was given.

How could you be offered a non EURO 4 compliant 3 wheeler.
That does not make sense with all production held up because of EURO 4.

Surely you will have problems if you try to use it in Europe?

My understanding is that you can drive it in Europe, you just can't register it in Europe.

I thought the recent UK builds were being supplied under IVA?

That is what I understood to be the case for UK models.

and could I venture to suggest that you will be free to use this vehicle in Europe, so laying to rest rockabilly's fears.

The good news: my dealer has now told me that my car will be going into build a week earlier than he previously said and so should commence being built in week 25 (w/c 19 June). I will be doing a factory visit on 29 June so if anyone would like me to look out for their car while I am there, please let me know.
The bad news: I understand from another TM member that, according to his dealer, there are 18 3 wheelers scheduled for build starting in June and that will be the end of the UK cars in their current configuration - after that, in the words of his dealer, there would be significant changes required to meet Euro 4 fully, which, without knowing the details, his dealer suggested would significantly change the character of the car.
