I am curious to see what will happens to the S5 when the factory will run out of the BMW N62 engines. Aren't we all ! Especially as Aero 8 and Aero plus 8 discription has to mean a v8 . Aero plus 6 twin turbo just doesn't sound right does it . I bet it will be the Roadster E or something similar...remember, it will be a hybrid. That £6m from HMG has to be used to produce a hybrid.

With all electrical stuff developed internally. May I start laughing already now? It would be helpful to start recruiting now in the forum some electrician.

I have to say I agree wholeheartedly with Rob & Simon, they are riddled with faults some of which can get very frustrating. I had my share of faults with my S1 when first purchased, but the odd thing is the way they get under your skin in a depth other cars do not.
Everytime I get fed up I go and look at an Aston Martin or something similar and I am blown away by the badge, noise, looks and service given, but yet as nice as they are they lack the character of a Morgan, the shape, the smell, the unique quirks.. somehow they are all needed.
The lows are low, frightening in fact.. but the highs are so memorable everything else pales into insignificance.

I wonder who owns the naming TM rights to 'Aerosport' nowadays? Would be handy for Morgan when they stick something other than an '8' in the Aero8...
No it doesn't sound right. That's what prompted my thought above a couple of weeks back - when the picture of the Voisin was posted.

Rob, I hear what you are saying.
We bought the 2013 Geneva Coupe and I am sad to say we had a similar experience. My frustration got to the point where I sent a very rude text to Steve as the car had been at the factory for 9 of the 18 months we first owned it. It is still in our garage today but the effect it had on our opinion of the company was horrible. Bitter sweet is a good description.
Same fault not fixed four times and still not fixed today. I have to chuck the windscreen wipers away after two or three uses as they wreck themselves on the rubber surround as well as the bodywork.
As another owner said to me, they are mistresses not wives. I reckon the S5 has caused me about as much trouble with the wife as a mistress so pretty good description I guess!! Still....if I compared my S5 to a mistress, the woman would have one eye (faulty light), wouldn't talk a lot (crap standard exhausts you can't hear!!), would smell and sweat a lot (no air conditioning!) and would regularly wet herself (gap in the window!!)........anyone fancy her???

I decided it was a negative because I thought of a girlfriend I once had......looked like a wild cat and said nothing...conversation was like pulling teeth!!!! Bit like my Aero really!! :-)
