I didn't know that.

Perros Guirec is famous for it's quarries which provided much of the pink granite for the building of Paris. Joeph Conrad lived for quite a few years nearby on île Grande.

I'll look out for you! Driving down through the Loire Valley on the 9th September (having lunch at Chateau de Chenonceau on the way through to Angouleme).

The tag works fin on our two Volvos, both with heated screens. Brilliant wafting past the queues to head for the tag only lanes near Tours!

Works well on our 4/4 too - just behind the rear view mirror. Well worthwhile.

Yep. 1st trip in the Plus 4 so well excited. We've a house down near Confolens, so we're off to the Circuit de Remparts and running in the Rallye de Charente. All being well....

If you come again, the coast between Perros Guirec and Tréguier (Penvénan,Plougrescant...) is worth the detour...and you will be able to enjoy some nice (all are not!) "vins de Loire"

Can you recommend any nice hotels in this area (with safe parking)?
We will be travelling back to Roscoff next year, after the Le Mans Classic.
