(having lunch at Chateau de Chenonceau on the way through to Angouleme).
Nick Gorgeous Chateau Stayed in Chenonceau about 15 years ago and when we went to the chateau there was an Italian tenor opera singer (well known in Italy I believe) who was also visiting and encouraged by his friends and family, went out on to one of the balconies and sung us a few operatic favourites His Nessun Dorma blew us away It was quite a day

We are going to spend the last night in Castle Beau Site Hotel in Perris Guirec - looks nice.
We have tried to mostly stay in small Chateaux on the other nights but fancied a sea view for the last.

Nick 9th is our run down from Roscoff to Saint-Joachim, so probably won't cross paths - pity ... on the 10th we are staying at Chateau de Verrieres in Saumur.

Will do Nick, think the furthest south will be chateau de forges at Concremiers. Really looking forward to. Tag has safely arrived and I have refitted the shelf in the passenger footwell for "stuff"!!!

Agree 100% about the Sanef box, I've used one on our Mog fora few years now, fix the sticker fairly low down on the screen so it only gets in one's line of sight if I'm looking at the bonnet! I've also had it behind the mirror, works just as well but I thought there was a risk I'd forget it when leaving the car.
Enjoy your holiday, the first Mog assisted foray over the channel is very exciting, you'll need to brush up on your technical French to answer the inevitable questions (ash is frêne, you'll need that one!).
We're off in a few days to Chantilly for the Arts & Elegance, then down via La Chartre and the Hotel de France to Angoulême for the International Rally and Circuit des Remparts, hoping to hook up with Nickplus4, let's hope the good weather holds.
