Excellent. But what's all that about a Ducati 900 F1?
His IOM comeback was on Sports Motorcycles' 900SS.
(OK, it was in the Formula 1 class, but the bike was never called a 900 F1 AFAIK)

Between Ducati mechanics and pilots, a bike built specially to participate in F1 category races got the suffix F1 to its model designation. That was the case for the 3 bikes prepared by Scuderia NCR in 1978 for the IOM race.
