I have turned the warning light off on the assumption that it is one of the pipes around the fuel tank/pump/emissions canister that has come lose. I am told that at start up the fuel pump over pressurises the system to check for leaks....
Bosch ECMs identify the electrical function of the pump as DM-TL.

I think that error could be seen as normal in a Morgan! My fuel gauge wanders around like a fiddler's elbow, even when sitting perfectly still.

With generic type readers try to get ones that are actually compatible with the ECU you are reading otherwise what is reported can lead to confusion.

I believe it needs to be near the same point on all cars by law. Under the steering wheel side of the dash nearer to the outside of the car. On mine it is tucked up under the bottom of the dash. https://www.aero-racing.co.uk/partsbooks/supersports/steerwheel&dash.htmPart 16 I think. Do you need the reader as I finally got it back.
