Hey laddies,
One of the 3 wheeler owners here is having problem sourcing parts. The dealer here isn't much of a quick player and over charges.
Anyway here it is:
S&S 106-0751, Gates 37-0014. 127 teeth, 30 mm wide Belt
PS: its not for mine since i don't have it yet

The belt you quote is not for a M3W, well not the same one as fitted to my M3W to be more precise. The specification for the M3W final drive belt is: 1.5" wide, 133 teeth, 14mm pitch. The S&S number for the Gates belt is 106-0353. The number actually printed on the belt is 18621M38 265A .

Osten I think the part number should be 106-0571 (not 106-0751) which is the cam belt and is 127 teeth x 30mm

Forgot about the cam belt  , just got the drive belt in mind for some reason.
