Thanks Fabrizio...! At the moment it looks like the car will have to stay in Scotland at a relatives, since I can't seem to find any winter tyres to fit it! we'll be driving from wherever it is kept down through Europe to Monaco...which is a decent 3 day trip on its own!

Hi Stennie, Sounds like a great trip too...we'll pass through Alicante as we drive round, and we'll watch out for you!

What an awesome adventure, well done for giving it a go. Sounds like plenty of sun cream and big hats are the essential extras. And an ice bucket. I work with people from 38 countries so wherever you are, if you need some local intervention we can probably help. Keep in touch.

A great forum, so I thought I'd say hello!. We're new Morgan owners, and about to pick up a shiny 4/4 Sport in which next May we'll be doing a 12000 mile trip following the whole of the Mediterranean coast. We'll pass through 18 countries and 40 degree temperatures...so if anyone has any tips we'd love to hear them. Feel free to browse our website and comment. www.aroundthemedinamorgan.com What a trip and an excellent Mog adventure.

You'd not only get a tan... but could hold on to a spare wheel for us... ....though you might find the leather luggage straps start to chaffe a bit by the time we hit Morocco!

What a nice trip you intend to make. Maybe a bit tiring but so exciting. I agree with most of the MogTalkers, no spare wheels may be hard !!! Your best enemies (there will be others) will be the potholes. With no hood it'll be difficult when it rains because in mediterranea the rains comes suddenly and is really intense ... Anyway it's a lovely experience. Good Luck !!!!
