Sound advise. Drive it for a season making notes on what you believe needs to be done then prioritize the work, hey presto you have a winter project.

Ha! 8" of snow last night. Chemicals on the roads. Looks like the season is in the rear view mirror. Now to stop, look, admire....contemplate.
Confirmed winter DIY projects: Stage 1, Cocomats, LED headlights and fogs, luggage rack, insulation (dynamat), indoor and outdoor covers, front 'M3W 17' plate. That's enough to digest for now and useful for the first of '19 touring adventures. Jury is out on the shocks until I put a few miles on 'her/him' under different loads.
Really looking forward to this! Have to say, it's pretty cool (ok, eccentric) to have the M3W and matching colored Ural in the garage side-by side. One makes me appreciate the other. Will post pictures soon.

Will post pictures soon. Sounds like some of the work you are doing (all of it cool stuff!!) is preferential. Were there any maintenance tasks/things that broke to fix after delivery? Any engineering mistakes to correct? Please keep us apprised how these upgrades turn out.
