Having had the Suplex shocks, I can say that I am very happy with the Ohlins shocks... Also had the Spax adjustable on the back for a while and have no complaints about them.

Not sure they still supply the Suplex shocks as there were problems with them. Other options are Spax adjustable, ATR and Ohlins, listed in increasing price.
Guess I'll be able to confirm availability soon as my dealer should have submitted the order last week. It does seem that Morgan's inventory management is as peculiar as their vehicles. Worst case, I'll look into the Ohlins.
Came across a thread here where someone applied a liberal dose of duramat to interior panels to quiet the ride, particularly to close air gaps. That looks to have merit. I think I've counted at least a dozen unique noises!

Although the 5 speed 3 is clearly NOT for everyone, you are sure to love yours. We have also 2 and 4 wheeled some pretty exciting and desirable machines over the years. An E-Type, Healey 100, 4/4, Vins, Velos, outfits and others have come and gone, but our Morgan 3 is the most fun we've ever had going down the road. We have just finished our first year and only managed to clock 2,000 miles, but we enjoy every outing on the great back roads of New Hampshire. -WM

RedThree - where did you find the Ohlins? I searched their site but came up empty. I got mine from BG Motorsport who are based at Silverstone in England which is probably a bit inconvenient for you, but the initial work and information came from TM member JVS who worked with Ohlins USA to put his kit together. He previously posted up some info, which he said I could share; His contact was; Mike Hensley Sales Manager Email: mike.hensley@ohlinsusa.com Office: 800.336.9029 ext. 322 URL: www.ohlinsusa.comDue to the slightly variable nature of the clearance between the left fuel tank and the drive belt & swingarm, you might need an unequal set of top hat spacers for that shock but it's easy enough to suss out once you offer up the shock. Without doing down the other options mentioned by others, the Ohlins really are very good indeed.

RedThree - thanks so much! I'm intrigued with the technical aspects of how this kit was spec'd and will give them a call. Clearly thought and expertise went into it.
Ohlins are indeed a great product. They were generally the first upgrade made to my pre-canbus and adjustable suspension Bimmers. I guess we can only wonder how they compare and contrast to the Supplex option. But at least in the US, the landed cost is equivalent.

RedThree - BTW, I checked out your photo library. Impressive collection of adventures. The quality of photography is stunning.
I see the Ohlins. Personally, I like the fact that they stand out as individual suspension components. They lend an air of seriousness to an otherwise playful toy!

You're very welcome. Everyone in motorcycle racing has known for a long time that yellow springs are faster!

Spoke with Mike at Ohlin. He's kept all the files and the build(s) is still fresh in his mind. Only question is if the measurements (mounts, angle and shocks) on my '17 are the same as earlier builds. Might have to pull a couple of shocks to be 100% sure.
Wish I knew more about the quality of the Suplex option. I'd never be guessing with Ohlin.

FWIW, I honestly don't think the standard suspension on my 2017 is that bad. They are the standard Spax shocks I think. It rides fine on most of the roads around here, and I really have no complaints with it. I've no doubt that the Ohlin's are splendid, but as far as improvement for the cost, it seems questionable. But then I have not done a back-to-back comparison either.
You may want to drive it a bit and see what you think before taking the plunge...
