I have for sale four Aero 8 Mk 3 wheels & tyres, they have polished rims with graphite inners, they were only on the car for 1000 miles before I changed them. They are in near perfect condition, I’m looking for £1250.00, delivery could be arranged. Email me should you need further info. Cheers Matt

Matt,
What did you replace them with? I keep looking but never seem to get around to sorting out a change.

Hi John, Aeromax wheels went on the car, your lad got some great shots of the car on track at The Classic last year, if you remember? They are calling you, you could try some experiments in powder coating / plating to match your paint, you could become our very own Talk Morgan's Pistonheads-Gulzar (I maybe on my own on this!).

I must say those do look the biz Matt, the AeroMax wheels are some of the nicest wheels fitted to an Aero and look great on the Aero 8 (imho). Well I had to follow your Gulzar trail to PH Matt and this is what I found, his car collection and some of the mods made to them: RR Phantom - Originally maroon red, this car was converted to Black & 24 carrot (sic) gold Bentley Continental GT - This car was originally silverlake blue (baby blue) but was converted to Pearlescent White, with wheels, door handles, front main & lower grills, window surrounds, numberplate, badges and exhausts all 24 carrot (sic) gold plated! Range Rover - 24 inch Lexani rims which were imported from USA, chrome side vents, grill and badges all round. Also has a custom bullbar and chrome sidesteps! Mercedes S500 - nothing listed and looks stock - wonder why this one missed the treatment? Awaiting your riposte to Matt C Asbo?

So, would that be carrots as in today (orange) or classic carrots of Roman times (purple)??

Matt, sign of old age I forgot what you had replaced them with. I keep looking but all those I've fancied are either to large or just to much How do you think this looks I spent Christmas in the garage experimenting but SWMBO spotted that I'd raided her jewellery box and I only had enough for one wheel. I might have to arrange a late night visit to Aeroman I'm sure he's got some suitable bling hanging around. The car needs some paint work touched up so I might have a little spare to flip the rims, but even I think this might be a step to far. I've found someone locally to powder coat the wheels just need to get off my backside and get the wheels off the car.

MAtt - good to see you have joing the 'excellent taste' club by getting the 'Max wheels.
John - you have just reminded me that I need to get my wheels powder coated. Don't have any axle stands though so not able to whip the wheels off, so will need to find someone who will do the wheels as a one day drop off and pick up option.

I also have some red glass mozaic tiles left over from the bathroom, very tastfull if applied sparingly....

I thought they looked more like a collection of bus or rail tickets, but then not having used either transport medium for some time, maybe the tickets have changed?
