It will work for you. The right hand drive models have more travel room on the pedal box as it is asymmetric. It is fully adjustable on the right hand side but limited on the left.
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Yes, you are probably the ideal size for the M3W! Even so, you will probably need the pedals to be positioned at their furthest point forward.

5’11” here, no issues, also fitted a steering wheel spacer, which helps a lot!

I didn’t know about a wheel spacer. Thanks from across the pond.

Do short people need the spacer? 5’6” here and short legs mean I fit into thing but cannot reach a damn thing!

I have the same spacer. They work perfectly.
The easiest way to check if you want it is to unlock your steering wheel and pull it towards you the half inch or so of travel. Of course don't do this while you are driving. What I would say it strangely enough gives you more space even though the steering wheel is closer to you. To me it makes it a little easier to get in and out.
