Redthree, does your pooch just jump in or does he climb in ? The step stool method as previously suggested? Btw, love the Snoopy shoot downs😂😎
Truth be told, It was the only time that Yoda (my brother's dog) was in the three wheeler and he had to be picked up and sat in it! he looks the part but is a bit of a wimp when it comes to such things, jumped straight out again as soon as the photo had been taken.

I would love to be able to persuade the one on the right into the one on the left, but he is not keen on the heat shields. Shame.

The fire blanket might do the trick. NoMex (not sure correct spelling) is the material that firefighters wear when fighting forest fires. Welders blankets would be even better.

Update, i found that Welding Blankets without grommets are available in a 4’x6’ shape that will withstand 1800f. Good old Google found them in less than 5 minutes :-)

Looks like it woulld protect the vehicle and the pooch.

Folks,
The dog on the picture did over 20.000 miles in the M3W !!!
She went in and out hundreds of times.
Just a jump that’s it !
No blanket or other hassle.
Goggles ? Funny for a picture but that’s it.
If we humans can sit in and drive without googles, a dog which is sitting lower for sure can do.
We did take the seat out and made a kind of mattress in, all the way to the front.
We put half of the tonneau over her when raining or hot sunshine.
In that case she jumps in from the drivers side.
On long distances we put some cottons in her ears to soften the screaming bevelbox.
I she likes it in a M3W ?
Hmmmmm......
A dog likes …food…being with you… sniffing around and many dogs things more.
Don’t think she will go by herself sitting in the M3W and start barking for a ride.

Excellent suggestion on cotton for the ears, if I can get her to tolerate it.
Nice photo:-)
