By the way changed the oil with redline and threw in tufoil and not convinced it made a significant difference though it might have. Mine is pretty quiet except at 70mph ish. At 70mph I get a healthy howl. I do my best to Avoid the howl.

I changed the BB oil with the new Redline (no additives added), managed to get out yesterday for a good run before our 12 inches of snow today. The box still has a howl especially at 50 mph but not as piercing as before.

After driving mine a good bit more I would agree that the sound is definitely muted and better in general but if you have a howl before you will have a howl after I suspect.

I installed Emil's temp sender in the bevel box and got a maximum of 210f when climbing a 5500ft mountain with passenger on board.

Changing oil to 75-140W Royal Purple (it has additives in it as well) changed the noise a little but nothing significant.

Using Emil's remote oil fill tube and measuring how much you put into the BB (300ml) sure makes the drain and recharge much easier.

MMC sure makes getting to that drain and fill location a difficult job, especially doing it for every oil change of engine oil. Emil made it a bit more simple.

Just fitted a bevel box remote fill kit from MorganCustom.net and filled the bevel box with 700ml of Redline Shockproof - no noise whatsoever over 120+ miles!

The kit consists of an AN fitting, which you screw into the BB vent plug, and then a large clear tube which snakes to the top. Basically this allows you to add up to 850ml and still have a vent for pressure relief. I do not envision any negative effects from that?

This is how I terminated mine. Originally I left it under the boot tray but thought having to remove the boot tray all the time was a pita.
