I guess there is more pending demand for a good but affordable luggage rack for our M3W. The original one, and even more the 2019 version, is great but price is out of reach : 895£ !! If your gifted friend would be able to produce a nice luggage rack for half the price the demand will be huge I'm sure. At least I'll order one immediatly.

I like the idea of a soft top, sort of like the ones on early MG Midgets. There was a removeable frame and the soft top fitted over it held down with Tenex fasteners. It worked well when a storm caught you on your way to some where. I think something like that, that is not a permanent fixture would be a hot item.
