Hi there. I am Buying a Garmin satnav and am looking for advice as to the
Best method for installing into the three wheeler. Is there a specific mount you have found works ?

Garmin Friction Mount The base comes with a sheet of thin plastic that you peel off before installing. It is quit sticky and will keep it from moving. I like it as it puts the unit in the shade where one can actually see what's on the screen. I cram it as far forward on the center console as I can. In the bright sun, wearing any type of Polaroid sun glasses can be hopeless. Having it on the console acts as a cushion so that when the car is vibrating at idle or low revs you can actually read it!
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

remove one allen bolt and replace with a small ram mount ball, attach sat nav that way
good for other half to hang hand bag on when no sat nav!

I ordered the ram mount x grip short with a tough ball m6-1 6mm for my i phone xs. install is going to be on the lower bolt of the silver plate to the right of the rpm.
