You are going to have one hell of a good car when you are finished. Well done 👍🏻

Thanks ! All rosejoint are sealed and nordlock washers or kingpins är used to lock them off.

Work continiuos with bodypanel fitment and adjustment, since the car is a bit wider than a stock Morgan the bonnet had to be widend.

Tge bonnet is also a bit shorter due to the fact that i changed the rake of it , had to make new fasteners/hinges.

Started to make my own dashpanel from a piece of MDF. Most of the cars functions (speedo, rev. counter , oil pressure , water temp etc etc) will be connected to the dash but I still wanted a Classic look so I restored a set of Smith gauges I had from a old Jaguar with new chrome bezels and a good Clean (2 done and 1 to go). I also made a panel where the glovebox usally is located , the panel got some attention in the mill to create the classic look, behind it the complete fuse/relaybox is located,'

Magnificent workmanship.

It looks as if it will be about the same with as the Aero+8, the car is 1.26m wide at the door hinges.
The louvres are 5cm from the hinge bar, the additional width is between the bonnet curve and the outside of the louvres.

As has been said, if you can do this why hasn't anyone else done this in the last 30 years???

I Think it will be quite a bit smaller than the Aero 8 , at least lower.

It has been allot of work , spending 4-5 nights a week (3-5 hours / night) during the last 22 months.

Had to change to a differnt Wheel set-up , the silver ones were 8" wide and simply did not fit + legislation in Sweden forced me to choose a 7" wide rim insted.
