What are you using to get the depth with the cutter? Hole saws are a relatively easy item to get hold of. What are you using as an extension?

I have not done the baffle-ectomy but I was an electrician for many years and used drill motors with very long extension, sometimes two at a time made by Milwaukee for the large boring bits (2-3-4"dia bits) I suspect these or something like them would work with a carbide hole saw. Check with an electrical construction supply.

I'm running S&S 'Stealth" Muscle open filter. I fitted a rain sock but to be honest I don't think it needs it! Runs perfectly in the wet.

No problem. I put pvc tape around the extension and socket to stop it coming apart. One hole saw did both sides but use slow speed on the drill and oil as heat will quickly blunt it.

Good job Obie. That view from inside the pipe, is that from the front of the pipe near the cat? And I too have the Muscle Cover wide open with no shield. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/08/30/IMG_5382.jpg)
