I enjoyed the last series and the first of new, mind you, I did remark to mrs b that our tootling roads could be jammed up with tourists next year. Not that I wouldn’t welcome Morgan’s (didn’t see any this year).

Like you TBM, we loved the canal one and for the same reasons (plus we have a family narrowboat which, genuinely, used to be moored next to the West/Scales boat near Newbury).
Loved the Morgan prog especially as we took Florence across both the North York moors and the Dales on separate long weekends this year. Can definitely recommend both as stunning destinations for a Morgan (without wishing to spoil it for the likes of Kev or Wolfie). We are lucky living only a couple of hours down so near enough to do more regularly than eg west coast of Scotland which is hopefully on bucket list next year (first time in a Mog at least).

I see that episode 2 this Saturday starts in the New Forest and goes down to Devon. It will be interesting to see if they can find any roads there that aren't already crowded.

I enjoyed it a lot, even though its quite low key and superficial. Two things struck me, aside from never attending to the hood flaps...……..

The amount of stuff rammed into the elasticated drivers door pocket....including a water bottle...……

And the odd list of names at the end credits...….I do have a funny bone for strange names, and some of the crew are worth watching for...…….
