Do please share this with the M3W section of this site. I am sure they will be full of admiration and will have many questions.

I agree. It is very exciting to see your progress here. I enjoy very much the development of your vehicle. But in the Threewheeler section there are a lot of members who don't look into this section very often. Also very many of your fellow countrymen. If you don't have too much trouble copy all your own posts from your thread into the other section. You will reap tons of questions of interest and admiration. It will be a very lively exchange.

Or ask a moderator to move the thread.

I would have no issue with moving the thread to the M3W section. I don't know who the moderators are but if one sees this feel free to move the thread.

If you go to the overview page of all sections you will see the names of the two moderators under the heading "Vehicle Talk (Non Morgan)". Aeroman and Simon. Since both are very busy people, I would send the same PM to both.

Not much time today to play but I managed to setup and run the bolt pattern programs on the mill for the Miata flywheel and the bearing housing. I have to buy some taps and I can finish them off. Gotta love CNC for stuff like this.

Had a good morning in the shop today. This is the first time I have ever cut involute splines before. After a few test parts to dial in the dimensions I held my breath and cut the output shaft splines. It turned out great and I learned a lot in the process that will help me with the remaining splines I have to make for this driveline. So happy this first one is past me now. all the shaft needs now is the keyways milled and splines hardened and it's done.

This is the shaft that links the transfer case to the Paralever drive shaft of the BMW.
