One of my secret desires has always to have a Mustang like the one in "that film" The trouble is that you can't have those looks in a convertible and since I only ever have convertibles I can't have one. Boo Hoo, but I did once hire a Firebird for a month and that was great !!
Here for a good time not a long time!! Reg

[quote=lowebird][quote=MDS61]Pile of trash.....not for me! Apparently the Mustang is the best selling sports car in Europe at present ....it can't be that bad after all ! Difficult when it most certainly isnt a sports car. Any more than the Ford Crappy was or the M3 is. But it sells like hot cakes in the land of its birth so it must be a good ownership proposition where the roads are wide and the bends are few and petrol is cheap

I understand the snootiness and sneering by the general public, Ford isn’t an aspirational brand. Fortunately , I’m finished aspiring and I don’t have a status to worry about, I just please myself. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2020/02/20/8EB036C7-CAAE-43DA-9E09-B91BF0DB63DA.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2020/02/20/1D8EA1F4-4449-48C7-9400-1BD0310616D9.jpg)

With the independent rear suspension? Some people drive it at the Nurburgring. It's a sports car.

Whenever I see someone driving a more modern mustang in the UK I always smile as I assume I am watching a proper petrolhead.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Honesty means doing it right, even when no one is looking!

Then you really have to worry for anyone who drives a Fiat Multipla!! K Just shows how out of kilter I must be, I quite like ‘em. The time has passed now, but when my two were little, I thought the idea of the three front seats would have been good fun. And anyway, it’s Italian, it’s practically a Ferrari people carrier, how cool is that!
