Based on DaveW’s suggestion of listing classics you wish you had bought or still fancy . List em up

For me without going to silly prices I still fancy trying one of these at some point (replicas for the cobra and Daytona coupe)

I know it may sound daft - but I wish I still had my Hillman Imp from 40 + years ago. Our first car and we loved its quirkiness. Sadly we had to get rid when it became unreliable and nobody could figure out why.

Original 1960's TVR Griffiths, they were raw and beautiful sounding.

An AC 3000ME is also an itch never scratched, it's always been a Vee thing with me and I've generally always had a V8 in the fleet somewhere along my 52 years motoring.

I now have my Morgan back on the drive - repatriated this morning after being away since January - so what more could anyone want? I shall drive out a couple of miles in her tomorrow to a quiet spot and then do my daily run away from the locals - a nice loop round some fairly hilly country lanes. I will try not to drip sweat on the new wing after the run.
Incidentally the remains of the paint were left for me in a tub in the footwell - now no excuse not to sort out the odd spot of road rash over the next couple of weeks.

I'd agree on the JPS Europa. Had difficulty getting in and out in my 20s - probably not a hope in hell now! laugh2

Quite fancied an ME3000, but an itch not scratched.

What if you breakdown or have an accident??? The number of emergency staff that could be involved in these unprecedented times. I’m sorry but don’t people understand about staying at home? It’s a Government request.

only 3 'realistic' ish on my list

E Type
AH 3000
Cobra (AC or even decent kit car)

Doubt I'll realise any as I've mated my Morgan. for over 40 years and wont be over it any time soon....

2012 Plus 4 in Sport Green. Much comfier than the Plus 8!
