Shooter good to hear they treated you well, the last thing you want is disappointment and losing money as some have experienced.
Next year will be soon enough for flying I'm thinking.

Next year will be soon enough for flying I'm thinking.
+1 We have a trip to Antarctica booked for Jan-21 on Hurtigruten, booked through Titan. To date we have paid a £95 per person deposit with the final balance due in October. Unless there is a drastic change in the situation, I can see us writing off the £190 - I am not at all convinced that things will be back to normal enough by Jan-21 for a long haul flight and international airports to be a good idea.

Next year will be soon enough for flying I'm thinking. Yes, forgot they also offered the option of 125% voucher or the cash refund. Also booked to fly to Mongolia in September with Turkish Air. They are allowing a re-booking to December 2021 at no cost. My motorcycle trip around Mongolia is cancelled for this year but likely to happen September 2021 so will probably just re-book those flights.

These are good things to read of companies doing the right thing which of course pays it's own dividends, you'll enjoy it all the more with the anticipation.

Yes in transit in an airconditioned cigar tube is not a viable safe way to travel without a proven vaccination and I think we are quite a way off that as yet despite the sterling global research efforts that are going into it's development. A disappointment for you both but it will come in time and imho then will be the time to travel.

Paul, we were booked via ROL on Hurtigruten- Roald Amudsen north west passage cruise, scheduled for August this year.it was cancelled 6 weeks ago and a full refund arrived in the bank accounts today.
