Yes, Andy, one could go bonkers keeping these things clean. But I'm a bit anal that way! My '76 Harley Shovelhead looks just like new today, well other than the restro mods I did to it back in '04. Back then I took it down to the main frame and had that and some of the other black bits powder coated and the original tins repainted to my liking, not to original AMF colors.

Sorry for hijacking this thread... frown

Not bad for 16 years since the refurb!
