Hi all
Anyone change their side exhausts to sports exhaust on your Aero ? Was it worth doing ?
Cheers Andy

I sound-tested them "back-to-back" jumping from my A'max in to a Supersports:
pitch in A'max is higher, aSS (with sports-exhaust) is more bass
I prefered the to keep mine

Strange...mine seems to be metal! if not: put a metal one in, I saw it before the water got hot, but if you don't, you could cook the engine or if you see it, but are in a remote area

I have the quad side exits sports exhaust on my Aero as a replacement for my stock side exits.
It is not a straight swap as there seem to be a few adjustments needed to get it to fit. However, I like the sound!

As for Shooteer, the Librands 4 exit (as seen on my old S1) is my favourite - I prefer the sound to the sidepipes. This is an unconventional view - most prefer the sidepipes!
Carrying on a thread in the for sale section (where I want to sawp my sidepipes for a Librands or similar), does anyone know a reputable company in the south east who can do exhaust work? As suggested by you lot, getting an engineer to tune the sound to my preferences may be a better alternative than replacing...
