It was a browny bronze Tom, I have a picture somewhere I'll have a dig around for it. Here we go, a lot more in keeping with the time of production than a metallic.. I still remember the registration VHY 79T

Well done that man I think I can remember seeing Austin Aggros in that colour. Ah yes the All=Aggro with the quartic steering wheel. I wonder why those didnt' catch on?

Very nice, a few years ago we were at MMC and something very similar was in the PDI bay, I was quite taken with the colour and rare brown hood, when I asked the lads they said it was a VW colour Found it ! The original colour of JM 53 was period for the car.. it wouldn’t be my choice but that’s what it was. Sadly when MMC rebuilt the car they lost the DNA with super form wings and 61/2 wheels etc which is a great shame in my book.
I certainly remember the Bob Harper car but haven’t seen it since 1992.
