Thanks all for the feedback and comments, very useful.

Lightsphere, don't hesitate getting an early Aero, despite some of my (largely unfounded) reservations/concerns, they are great cars.

Philippo, thanks for the suggestion on how to jack the car up. I will try and replicate what you have done as knowing that I can get the wheels off, if required, will give me a lot more peace of mind.

Aero S1's seem really thin on the ground now, there is only one for sale (Techniques) that I am aware of!

Great thread.
The Aero is a car that can stop people in their tracks like no other car I have ever driven .I agree though that its a car to be respected especially when driving on the edge, although I probably have not even taken it near that yet!
Reliability/ running costs,is it any different from any other performance car , I don't think so.

Cheers Andy

Hi Culminator,
I'm not sure why you have a problem with removing wheels as long as you're only after removing one at a time - this being the case, there's no need to lift the chassis.
I use the scissor jack placed close to wheel under the lower suspension arm - a couple of turns and the wheels off the ground.
Regards
Robo
