Belated Happy New Year.

During the break I went to the Aston Martin Heritage Museum as I had heard they were holding in trust some of Dick Anthony's effects. Out of a cupboard came these:

They are Dick's racing overalls (size 7 by the way)! They were in stunning condition.

Now this may sound really nerdy, but I have now held in my hands Prudence Fawcett's cloth helmet and goggles and Dick Anthony's overalls! It really brings Morgan history alive.

I have four books remaining by the way. So please order through my site Morgan International Adventure

cheers

John,
You probably wont remember our conversation at BDC Silverstone last year.
In the end I still didn't get to read the book in September whilst on holiday.
However, I have now rectified that. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Like the way the biographies are held to the back and the main parts of the Morgan 4-4's history is intertwined with World events that occurred at the time.
Well done!

Cheers,

Jump forward to October 2020 and I've just bought a very clean 2013 edition of Morgan International Adventure from a stall in an antiques centre in Cumbria. A fabulous read and a book I wasn't even previously aware of. A great example of serendipity - it was a sunny day and we'd driven there in my Plus 4....
