Absolutely spot on Heinz, it was in Henry Williams showroom in Bristol before they relocated.

Reason for asking is that Bell & Colvill have one that looks the same advertised on their website.

I know that a lot people here only like the look of the trad hood. For us the space behind the seats and the easy and fast closing of the easy up is the main advantage.

We we actually always drive hood down and sidscreens behind the seats but if heavy rain starts we want to close the hood quick!

This is identical to mine including the steering wheel I had fitted and the stainless engraved chassis cover plates.
That is one very nice looking well cared for car.

It looks very good to me and at a good price and low miles, if possible you need to get a test drive and you'll soon decide one way or another I feel sure.
A great feature of the Sport model is that you have a letter box behind the seats parallel to the outer alloy bodywork where you can store the side screens so you don't compromise bag space just in case you are not aware.
If the tyres are originals they will need changing on the basis of ageing.
I have not seen the car on here but that doesn't answer your question really.

Thanks, I may ask if it is still unsold. Not sure how they are operating during Lockdown. I am a long way from them!

She looks very good and very well maintained. at least visually. The miles are about a sixth of the miles on my 4/4. I love this classic combination. I would put this car on my short list.
It is a testament to the value of a Morgan. As a rule of thumb, you can really say that you get back the original price no matter when you sell. Or even more in the future. I remember that 31K GBP was the approx new price in 2009.

Very close Heinz, mine with the extras mentioned as per the B & C car was £27,892:12.

Without extras and road fund license they were £27,500:00 on the road, I think these Centenary cars will always hold their price well.

HJF - if you are interested I have a copy of the original 2009 price and extras sheet from one of the dealers I could scan in and send you electronically.
Good luck.

John, how does she get on with removing the wheels , and greasing the kingpins?

Sadly she has a blind spot when it comes to those very practical applications no matter how many times I explain what to do, very vocally supportive from a very calculated distance away...normally its 'here's your cup of tea, why are you doing that again?'

She's even pinched my Merc Cabriolet as it has heated electric memory seats......all she has to do is .just press a button and everything resets to her but had the cheek to complain about about the electric hood switch requires some pressure to operate.......life is hard for some from time to time. In fairness to her the Merc sits in the garage for weeks on end not being used, so I console myself with the fact she is doing me and the Merc a favour.
