Mogster .... on mine the blanking plugs are 1/8 BSP ...... as for the oil feed pipe you could get a car/bike shop make you up a piece of Goodrich type braided hose the right length with appropriate fittings (you could take the old one in as a pattern .... not in the Morgan obviously!! 🙂)

Sorry no idea on the sizes & the car is long sold. The best would be to get an electronic gauge as those plastic pipes can leak.. I must admit from memory can you not disconnect at the oil filter? Isn't that where the pipe starts to go to the oiler?

I did as John says above on my 94 +8 but I have an electronic oil pressure gauge and I put the sender on the oil filter. I disconnected the oiler pipes at the bulk head fitting and just left them on the top of the pillar, putting grease into a non drilled pillar will do not do anything.

Bruce where did you get the 'blue parts and what size threads are they? I bought them from Pegasus Auto Racing, Summit do them too (here in the US), unfortunately without taking them off I cannot remember the size of the threads, sorry. For the blanking of the bulkhead fitting I went to my local hardware store and bought some brass blanking caps of various sizes and returned the ones that didn't fit.
