Congratulations. In my experience sun visors are not necessary even in Norway where the sun stays near the horizon for long periods. Make sure you get a tonneau cover and a sidescreen bag!
The radio is hard to reach so a radio with a remote control is recommended. Note however, that the noise level in the car is so high that it is rarely used except when stuck in traffic.

I agree on the comments on tread rubbers. I use a ball cap when the sun is low. Mat car doesn't have sun visors.

Interesting views on sun visors. I use a baseball cap, and have tinted plasic visors rather than the factory items, but this morning driving east into an early morning sun it was difficult, even with sunglasses which I don't use much. The other thing which annoys me is that without visors, the fixings are visible on the screen rail - as if something is mising (which of course it is).

I have also heard (read) that the sun visors are good wind deflectors? Cheers J

I think you have made pretty good choices anyway. But as you asked.......
I would go brown with ivory and have black hood and carpets from a practical point of view. I went for black with my grey with mulberry interior. I had visors fitted at first service , helps with visibility when driving into the sun. I have a radio which is difficult to hear unless very loud, but moreover impossible to reach when moving. So if it is a must get one with a remote.
The other very useful extra is a luggage rack.
WHATEVER YOU DECIDE ....... ENJOY!

Thank you to everyone for your comments. It is very interesting to read the opinions of others who have already made, and lived with, their choices. With the Morgan the choices become similar to chosing a suit of clothes and then deciding which tie, belt, shoes and shirt goes best with the suit. Very much a matter of personal taste. Perhaps it is one of the most exciting things about the Morgan that you are able to make these kind of choices. Even the mirrors, I now see, can be round or rectangular.
I noticed today that Morgan has available a purpose built leather suitcase so I think that gets added to the list too.
Photos of your cars would be fantastic to see.
All the best Peter

Round mirrors are an extra, changed after delivery - like the smaller metal-backed rear view mirror. The round mirrors give a much better rear view because of their convex glass.
All look better (IMHO)
Congratulations from a fellow + 4 owner!

Hi Peter, congratulations on your new car Initially I did not want to reply on this as I can remember how hard it was to choose anything when ordering my first Morgan seven years ago. And more and more opinions don´t help in any case to make a clear decision. But here are my two cent as I want to share your joy about the new car! I think ivory is a very nice classic color which can match a lot of trim options. If brown or mulberry I guess both looks great. Regarding the hood, I can tell you an experience on the more functional level. I would go with a mohair one if you should use it also on very hot summer days to get efficiency of your aircon. That´s because my impression is that a mohair hood is a bit more quit than an everflex one (at least with more than 80 km/h). A radio with a remote is very worth it. I bought a pioneer which was not too expensive. Lastly I would skip the tread rubbers. I drive a Roadster Sport and I don´t miss it at all. If anything I love the clear look without the rubbers.
